Admission Procedure

Children in our school are admitted at the minimum age 2-1/2 years in Play Group on the basis of Interview only.
•
Admissions are made on the basis of Interview/Test depending on the number of seats available in the class concerned. Guardians should not put undue pressure on the Principal for admission through recommendations or through any other sources.
•
Guardians of the candidates selected for admission are required to present a photo copy of the report card and Birth Certificate in original from Nagar Mahapalika or from the Maternity Hospital/ Transfer Certificate from the school last attended at the time of admission. Those coming from other districts should have their T.C. countersigned by a Competent Educational Authority of the place.
  Note:
•
Kindly fill the correct date of birth of your child in the admission form supporting with birth certificate
•
 No change in the Date of birth, Name & Surname will be possible after filling the form.
 
The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any body without assigning any reason.
  WEEKLY TEST:
•
 Weekly tests are organised to maintain regularity and reduce the examination stress.
  SCHOOL TERMS:
 
1st Term :   April to September.
2nd Term :   October to March
  PROMOTION CRITERIA :
•
 Getting 50% marks in each subject is essention for promotion.
•
Irregularity is likely to affect their results as the average marks of weekly test are also taken into consideration at the time of preparing the result.
•
 If a students is absent in any test/exam, due to any reason he/she will not be re-examined.
  HOME WORK DIARY:
•
School dairy is a link between the teachers and parent. thus parents are requested to sign the dairy of their ward to get updated about remarks & information concerning the child.
  ATTENDENCE:
•
Parents are requested to ensure that their children are regular. In case of absence, parents should submit an application to the Principal.
•
Guardians are requested not to make their programmes for an outing with their children during teaching days.
•
Long leaves will not be allowed to the students during teaching days except on medical grounds.
•
 80% attendance is compulsory to appear in the examination.
  LATE ARRIVAL:
•
If any child comes more than three times late in a month to the school he/she will be sent back home.
  FEES:
•
 Fee must be paid between 1st to 10th of every month at the College Fee Counter between 8.30a.m. to 2.30p.m
•
If the school fees are not deposited by the 10th of the month a late fee along with the school fees will be charged from 11th to 20th @ Rs. 20 per day and from 21st to 30th @ Rs. 40 per day. If you fail to deposit the fees till the end of the month the name of your ward will be automatically struck of from the roll. The child can get the re-admission after paying Rs. 475 as the re-admission fee.

If the cheque bounces irrespective of any cause, you will have to deposit cash at the school office with the penalty.
•
The details of the deposition of fee will be provided at the time of commencement of the session through the child.
